Our services are limited to the preparation of tax returns, and we do not guarantee or take responsibility for any tax calculations, assessments, or determinations made by tax authorities. The client acknowledges that tax laws and regulations are subject to change and interpretation, and Duncan MacGregor Accounting LDA is not liable for any penalties, interest, or discrepancies resulting from such changes, misinterpretation by tax authorities, or errors in the information provided by the client.
Our fees are determined based on the time spent, the complexity of the return, and the extent of correspondence required. The fee does not include additional services such as meetings, explanations, or handling objections in the event of an incorrect tax assessment. Any additional work, including responding to audits, objections, or appeals, will be subject to separate fees.
